PVC-U co-extruded foam core pipe lineThe line adopts special 90°die head, and makes the angle of two conical twin
screw extruders become 90°. One extruder extrudes good-quality PVC inner and
outer layers, and the other extrudes central foam core. And it will be foamedproperly under certain technical conditions; the density of core is 0.7-0.9g/cm3.
PVC-U foam core pipe has advantages such as light weight, high tensile strength,
sound insulation, heat insulation, good inflaming retarding, easy to installation
and so on. The most important is that wasted plastic can be used to fill the core,
